With the growing season in full swing, the green beans and tomatoes are really starting to come in strong. We are taking a page from April and starting to ‘can’ the vegetables. Of course that actually means using Mason jars and a pressure cooker. Pat want out and bought a pressure cooker and followed the directions. When after you are all done and the jars are cooling, if everything goes right, you here a ‘pop’ as the vacuum pulls down the lid. All the jars lids popped!
One batch done and a lot more to go. Now, where will they be stored?
